Cardiovasular Assessment

The ICIM cardiovascular assessment is an overall assessment of your cardiovascular system to assess your risk of developing cardiovascular disease.

At ICIM Medics the Cardiovascular Assessment is used to diagnose those at risk of developing cardiovascular disease (CVD) as CVD accounts for 36% of all deaths in Ireland. It is important to monitor your hearts health. CVD is not recognisable by symptoms until it is too late. 22% of premature deaths (under the age of 65) are from CVD.

If you have a family history of CVD or if you smoke, your risk is increased. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes or are overweight your risk of CVD is also increased. Come to the ICIM Medics today and have your Cardiovascular Assessment, then we can work on reducing your risk if its high.
